Located in the Marin Headlands; from San Francisco, cross the Golden Gate Bridge, take the second exit off Highway 101 at Alexander Avenue (after the Vista Point). Do not turn left at the exit ramp and underneath the freeway. Stay right and continue about 500 feet. Turn left at a sign for “Marin Headlands” and drive through the tunnel. Follow Bunker Road for approximately 3 miles. Ignore various forks to the left; always bear to the right to make sure you stay on Bunker Road. Rodeo lagoon is your next landmark. Continue straight along the lagoon on Bunker Road towards the beach.
