Located on the north side of the Seaside State Beach site in Sand City, just north of Monterey. To get to this site from Highway 1, take the 218/Canyon Del Rey exit and turn towards the beach. Turn right along the frontage road and head north along the freeway. Turn left at the stop sign, Tioga Avenue, and park along the street. This dead end street is used during the day by trucks hauling rocks, so be careful when parking or walking along the street.

To reach the site, walk along the cliffs to the left and head down to the beach at the break in the dunes. Walk southwest along the beach. The marker for the site is a line of posts at the top of the dunes, one of which has a bullseye on it.
